Bali Clinics That Offer Medical Consultations About Peptides
Published 4 Oct 2026, 21:00 Bali time
Looking for a medical consultation about peptides in Bali? Here are clinics and hospitals worth knowing, what each offers, and what tourists should check before starting treatment.

Bali has developed a large wellness and medical-tourism market, and peptide-related services are increasingly part of it.
But finding a business that advertises peptides is not the same as finding a provider where a qualified medical professional will assess whether a treatment is appropriate.
That distinction matters particularly for visitors.
Products discussed under the broad label "peptides" can range from established prescription medicines such as semaglutide and tirzepatide to experimental compounds such as BPC-157 and TB-500, which have very different levels of human evidence and regulatory oversight.
This guide reviews Bali clinics and hospitals relevant to people who want to discuss peptide-based medicines, experimental peptides or related metabolic treatment with a medical professional.
It does not rank the providers or certify their quality.
Peptides Pro did not visit these facilities, interview their doctors, inspect their pharmacies, test their products or independently audit their clinical practices.
The service descriptions below are based on current publicly available information from the providers themselves and, where relevant, official Indonesian regulatory sources.
Last service verification: 3 October 2026.
The short answer
The providers reviewed fall into two different categories.
Providers that currently advertise peptide or GLP-1-related services
- SŌMA Aesthetics & Longevity Club
- Funktion Clinic
- Dripdok Regenerative Wellness, although its website currently states that services and scheduling are temporarily paused
- BIMC CosMedic Nusa Dua, which currently advertises medical weight-management services including semaglutide
Hospitals relevant for conventional medical assessment
- Siloam Hospitals
- Bali International Hospital
- BIMC hospital services outside the dedicated CosMedic weight-management programme
The second group should not be described as dedicated peptide clinics unless a specific peptide service can be verified.
For many travellers, however, a conventional doctor or hospital may still be the more appropriate starting point when the underlying concern is obesity, diabetes, metabolic health, unexplained symptoms or another medical condition.
The phrase "peptide consultation" is imprecise.
At one provider, it may mean discussing a registered GLP-1-based prescription medicine.
At another, it may mean discussing experimental compounds such as BPC-157 or growth-hormone-related peptides.
A hospital may not use the word "peptide" at all. Instead, a patient may see an endocrinologist, obesity specialist, general physician or another clinician about the medical condition that prompted the interest in peptide treatment.
The useful questions are therefore not simply:
Does this clinic offer peptides?
They are:
- Who is making the clinical decision?
- What exact medicine or compound is being proposed?
- Is the exact finished product registered in Indonesia?
- What is the intended medical indication?
- What level of human evidence supports that use?
- What risks and contraindications are known?
- What monitoring is provided?
- What happens if there is an adverse reaction?
Those questions help distinguish medical assessment from product sales.
Indonesia's National Agency of Drug and Food Control, BPOM, regulates medicinal products nationally.
Medicine registration applies to specific finished products, not merely to the name of an active ingredient.
For example, BPOM's official registration records identify Wegovy products containing semaglutide.
The regulator's assessment material states that Wegovy is registered in Indonesia for weight management in qualifying adults.
BPOM also granted marketing authorisation to Mounjaro KwikPen containing tirzepatide in February 2026 for type 2 diabetes, followed by an additional weight-management indication in July 2026.
That does not mean every product advertised as "semaglutide" or "tirzepatide" automatically shares the regulatory status of registered Wegovy or Mounjaro products.
The exact brand, formulation, manufacturer and Indonesian marketing authorisation should match the official BPOM record.
Likewise, commercial availability should never be treated as proof that a research peptide is an approved medicine.
1. SŌMA Aesthetics & Longevity Club, Uluwatu
What the provider currently advertises
SŌMA's current website advertises a doctor-supervised medical weight-management programme involving semaglutide and tirzepatide.
The clinic says its programme can include metabolic blood testing and body-composition monitoring before and during treatment.
Its public information describes testing that may include markers such as HbA1c, fasting insulin, thyroid function, liver and kidney markers, lipids and other metabolic measurements.
The clinic also states that treatment suitability is determined following medical assessment.
These are SŌMA's own descriptions of its services. Peptides Pro has not independently audited the clinic's consultation process or verified individual patient care.
Regulatory context
The existence of BPOM-registered Wegovy and Mounjaro products can be independently verified through BPOM.
That regulatory status applies to the relevant registered finished medicines and approved indications.
It should not be extended automatically to other semaglutide or tirzepatide preparations.
What to confirm before booking
Ask which exact registered medicine would be considered, whether the Indonesian marketing authorisation can be identified, which clinician is responsible for prescribing, and what follow-up is included.
Current status: Service publicly advertised as active when checked on 3 October 2026.
2. Funktion Clinic, Bali
What the provider currently advertises
Funktion describes itself as a functional and integrative medicine practice.
Its current website lists:
- in-person consultations
- teleconsultations
- peptide-only consultations for selected cases
- laboratory interpretation
- diagnostics
- IV and injection services
- peptide-related services
The clinic states that consultations may involve review of medical history, laboratory findings and a personalised written plan.
Its website also notes that access to particular treatments, prescriptions or products may depend on the patient's location.
Again, these are claims made by the provider about its own services.
Peptides Pro has not independently verified which specific peptide products are currently prescribed, dispensed or available through the clinic.
Important evidence point
The presence of medical consultation does not change the evidence base of an experimental peptide.
If BPC-157, TB-500, CJC-1295, ipamorelin or another unapproved compound is discussed, the relevant questions remain:
- What human clinical evidence exists?
- What is the Indonesian regulatory status?
- What safety information is available?
- What alternatives have stronger evidence?
What to confirm before booking
Ask for the exact clinician involved, the exact compound being discussed, whether it is a registered medicine or experimental product, and what follow-up or monitoring is provided.
Current status: Consultation and peptide-related services publicly advertised when checked on 3 October 2026.
3. Dripdok Regenerative Wellness
Current service warning
Dripdok's website advertises physician-reviewed peptide programmes and describes products and protocols involving regenerative and growth-hormone-related compounds.
However, its website currently displays a temporary service notice stating that services and scheduling are paused while the business undergoes compliance and regulatory audits.
The notice says the provider expects normal scheduling to resume following completion of that process.
Because that status can change, prospective patients should check the provider's current notice directly rather than relying on older articles describing appointments as available.
What the provider advertises when operating
Dripdok's peptide pages describe physician consultation or review before certain products are dispensed.
The provider also discusses peptide programmes associated with areas such as recovery and growth-hormone-related pathways.
Those are provider claims and should not be interpreted as independent evidence that every advertised compound is clinically established.
Important evidence point
A compound being offered through a physician-reviewed service does not automatically make it an approved medicine.
Experimental peptides require separate evaluation of their clinical evidence and regulatory status.
What to confirm
Before making any booking or payment, confirm whether services have resumed, which clinician would be responsible, what exact compound is being proposed and its current regulatory status in Indonesia.
Current status: Website states services and scheduling are temporarily paused as of 3 October 2026.
4. BIMC CosMedic, Nusa Dua
What the provider currently advertises
BIMC CosMedic currently advertises a medical weight-management programme.
Its official service information describes a pathway beginning with multidisciplinary medical consultation and assessment.
The programme includes body-composition analysis, nutrition and lifestyle support, and ongoing monitoring.
BIMC CosMedic's current price information also lists semaglutide injections, including Wegovy and Ozempic, within its weight-management services.
The provider states that treatment pathways and pricing are confirmed following medical consultation and are subject to medical suitability and screening.
Why this listing is different
This entry is relevant primarily to people interested in medical weight management and GLP-1 therapy.
Peptides Pro did not identify evidence on BIMC CosMedic's current public pages establishing a broad programme for experimental peptides such as BPC-157 or TB-500.
It should therefore not be described as a general research-peptide clinic.
Regulatory context
BPOM has registered Wegovy products containing semaglutide in Indonesia.
BPOM has also registered Mounjaro KwikPen containing tirzepatide and expanded its authorised indication to include weight management in July 2026.
Registration of those specific products does not automatically apply to every compounded, unbranded or independently supplied version of the same active ingredient.
What to confirm before booking
Confirm which medicine is currently available, whether the exact product is BPOM-registered, which medical assessment is required and what follow-up is offered.
Current status: Weight-management and semaglutide services publicly advertised when checked on 3 October 2026.
The hospitals below should not be presented as dedicated peptide clinics unless a current peptide-specific service can be independently verified.
Their relevance is different.
They provide established medical infrastructure where a traveller can discuss the underlying health problem that prompted interest in a peptide or GLP-1 medicine.
5. Siloam Hospitals, Bali
Siloam's official digital healthcare system allows patients to find specialists, book doctor appointments and arrange medical check-ups.
Its services also include access to medical records and broader hospital care.
Peptides Pro did not verify a dedicated peptide programme at Siloam Hospitals Denpasar for this update.
It is therefore more accurate to describe Siloam as a general and specialist medical-assessment option rather than a peptide clinic.
Someone interested in weight management, diabetes or unexplained symptoms could use the hospital's appointment system to identify an appropriate medical specialist.
Peptide-specific service verified: No.
General medical assessment verified: Yes.
6. Bali International Hospital, Sanur
Bali International Hospital provides multidisciplinary medical care in Sanur.
Its official website allows patients to find doctors and book clinic appointments.
It also advertises health-screening packages that include physician consultations, laboratory testing and other diagnostic services.
Peptides Pro did not identify a dedicated peptide programme on the hospital's current public website during this review.
It should therefore be described as a conventional hospital where patients can obtain medical assessment rather than as a peptide provider.
This may be relevant to travellers who want evaluation of metabolic, gastrointestinal, musculoskeletal or other symptoms before considering any treatment.
Peptide-specific service verified: No.
General medical assessment verified: Yes.
7. BIMC Hospital Services
BIMC operates medical services for international and local patients in Bali in addition to the dedicated CosMedic programme in Nusa Dua.
For peptide-related search intent, the most clearly verified current service is the CosMedic medical weight-management programme described earlier.
Other BIMC hospital services may still be relevant where the issue requires broader medical assessment rather than a specific peptide consultation.
The hospital setting may be particularly relevant where there are other health conditions, multiple medications, significant symptoms or a need for diagnostic testing.
The important distinction is that this does not make every BIMC facility a dedicated peptide clinic.
| Provider | What its official site currently advertises | Experimental peptide service verified? | GLP-1 service verified? | Medical assessment | Status checked |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|

| Other BIMC hospital services | General hospital care | No dedicated programme verified | See CosMedic for currently verified programme | Yes | 3 Oct 2026 |
Services can change quickly.
A provider appearing in this table does not constitute an endorsement by Peptides Pro.
1. Who is making the medical decision?
Ask for the name and professional role of the clinician responsible for the consultation or prescription.
Do not assume that the person answering a sales or WhatsApp enquiry is the person making the medical decision.
2. What exactly is being proposed or prescribed?
Get the full name of the medicine or compound.
For a registered medicine, ask for the brand and manufacturer as well.
"Semaglutide", for example, describes an active ingredient. It does not independently establish which finished product is being supplied.
3. Is the exact product registered by BPOM?
For a medicine represented as BPOM-authorised, the registration should correspond to the actual finished product.
BPOM's official medicine-registration system can be used to check registered products and their Indonesian marketing authorisation numbers, known as NIEs.
4. Is the proposed use an approved indication?
A medicine can be registered for one indication without being approved for every use discussed online.
The regulatory status of the exact indication matters.
5. What level of human evidence supports the treatment?
Ask whether the claimed benefit comes from:
- large human clinical trials
- smaller human studies
- observational evidence
- animal studies
- laboratory experiments
- anecdotal reports
These evidence categories are not interchangeable.
6. What are the known risks?
No credible medical discussion should consist only of potential benefits.
Ask about known adverse effects, important uncertainties, relevant contraindications and situations in which treatment should not be used.
For experimental peptides, the honest answer may be that human safety data remain limited.
7. What monitoring and follow-up are provided?
This will depend on the medical condition and treatment.
The important point is that patients should know what follow-up exists and whom to contact if a problem develops.
This distinction is central to the entire guide.
Semaglutide and tirzepatide have been studied in large human clinical programmes and exist in BPOM-registered medicines in Indonesia.
That does not make them suitable for everyone, and they remain prescription treatments with recognised risks.
Experimental compounds such as BPC-157 and TB-500 occupy a very different evidence category.
A provider may discuss one of these substances, but availability does not demonstrate:
- BPOM medicine approval
- established clinical effectiveness
- a complete human safety profile
Preclinical findings should also not be presented as though they establish human therapeutic benefit.
BPC-157, TB-500, CJC-1295, ipamorelin and similar compounds frequently appear in online peptide discussions.
They should not automatically be placed in the same category as registered prescription medicines.
Some have animal or laboratory research suggesting potentially interesting biological effects.
Human evidence can be sparse, uncontrolled or absent depending on the compound.
That distinction should be explained during any medically responsible discussion.
A clinic offering an experimental compound does not by itself prove that the compound is established as safe or effective for the proposed condition.
A registered prescription medicine can still cause adverse effects.
What distinguishes an established medicine is not an absence of risk.
It is the existence of a defined evidence and regulatory framework allowing clinicians and patients to evaluate benefits and risks for specified uses.
GLP-1-based medicines are a useful example.
Semaglutide and tirzepatide have extensive human data and Indonesian regulatory records for specific products and indications.
They still require medical assessment and appropriate patient selection.
That is very different from assuming that every compound advertised under the general label "peptide" has undergone equivalent evaluation.
A medically meaningful consultation should provide enough information for the patient to understand:
- what health problem is actually being addressed
- the exact proposed medicine or compound
- the evidence supporting the proposed use
- important known risks and uncertainties
- alternatives
- what monitoring is required
- what happens if treatment is unsuitable
A consultation should also leave open the possibility that the proposed peptide is not appropriate.
If every consultation ends with the sale of the product initially requested, that is different from an assessment in which treatment depends on the patient's medical situation.
Before accepting a proposed treatment, consider asking:
“What is the exact product?”
Ask for the medicine or compound name, brand and manufacturer where applicable.
“Is this exact product registered in Indonesia?”
For a medicine represented as approved, ask for information that can be checked against BPOM.
“Is this use actually approved?”
Do not assume that approval of a drug for one indication applies to every proposed use.
“What human evidence supports this?”
Ask whether the claim comes from controlled human research or mainly from animal and laboratory studies.
“What are the important uncertainties?”
For experimental compounds, uncertainty itself is clinically relevant information.
“Who is responsible for my follow-up?”
Know who to contact if you experience a problem after treatment or after leaving Bali.
For this update, Peptides Pro reviewed current publicly available information from:
- provider websites
- hospital appointment and service pages
- BPOM's official drug-registration portal
- BPOM regulatory and product information
Provider statements are attributed to the provider.
They are not presented as findings from an independent clinical audit.
Peptides Pro did not:
- visit the clinics for this review
- interview their doctors
- inspect medicine storage or dispensing
- test any medicine or peptide
- verify individual patient experiences
- independently certify the quality of any clinic
This distinction is intentional.
Readers should know the difference between information verified from public records and information that would require direct investigation.
Are there peptide clinics in Bali?
Yes, some Bali providers publicly advertise peptide-related consultations or programmes.
However, different providers use the term "peptide" differently, and some compounds discussed in peptide medicine remain experimental.
Can I get semaglutide in Bali through a doctor?
Some providers currently advertise medically supervised semaglutide services.
BPOM has registered Wegovy products containing semaglutide in Indonesia.
The exact product, prescribing eligibility and current availability should be confirmed with the provider.
Is tirzepatide approved in Indonesia?
BPOM granted marketing authorisation to Mounjaro KwikPen containing tirzepatide in February 2026 for type 2 diabetes and added a weight-management indication in July 2026.
That approval applies to the relevant registered medicine, not automatically to every product sold under the name tirzepatide.
Does a Bali clinic offering BPC-157 mean BPC-157 is approved?
No.
Commercial or clinical availability should not be used as proof of regulatory approval.
The regulatory status and human evidence for the exact compound must be checked separately.
Does Peptides Pro recommend the clinics on this page?
No.
This page documents publicly verifiable services relevant to the search intent.
It is not a ranking, endorsement or quality certification.
Is Dripdok currently accepting appointments?
Its website currently states that services and scheduling are temporarily paused during compliance and regulatory audits.
Because that can change, check the provider's current status directly before making plans.
Should I choose a peptide clinic or a hospital?
That depends on the reason for seeking care.
A person with diabetes, significant metabolic disease, unexplained symptoms or a complicated medical history may need broader medical assessment or specialist care.
Someone asking specifically about an experimental compound should still expect a clinician to discuss the evidence, uncertainties, regulatory status and alternatives rather than simply supply the requested product.
Bali has a growing market for longevity, metabolic medicine and peptide-related services.
But these services should not all be treated as equivalent.
Some providers currently advertise established GLP-1-based prescription medicines within doctor-led medical programmes.
Others advertise experimental peptide protocols.
Conventional hospitals provide another route for assessment without necessarily operating dedicated peptide programmes.
For patients and tourists, the most useful distinction is not simply:
“Which clinic offers peptides?”
It is:
“What exact product is being discussed, who is making the medical decision, what evidence supports the proposed use, and what is its regulatory status in Indonesia?”
That approach makes it easier to distinguish an evidence-based medical consultation from a product transaction.
